Who is Eligible to submit this application?

  • UN and its specialized agencies are covers by SOFA
  •  The diplomatic community is cover under Vienna Convention
  •  National and international organizations granted by NGO Act, 2016
  •  Faith-based organizations granted by NGO Act, 2016
  •  Duly signed contract from the government and partners, such as that of EZRA Construction Company and more with the Ministry of Energy and Dams
  •  Donor-Funded Projects
  •  JOCs granted by EPSA 

    • Note: The exemption is only granted where the law is explicitly clear that the government of South Sudan should grant tax exemptions on customs duties and taxes.
